Saturday Delivery
For your international shipments, the rate is based on the UPS Worldwide Express rate, plus the additional charge.
US$17.00 per shipment to the United States, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, South Korea and Taiwan

Residential Delivery
A fee will be assessed when a shipment is delivered to a residential destination. If a business is located in a residential area, the Residential Delivery charge will be assessed.

Delivery Confirmation
Signature Required
When the customer selects this service, the driver will require a signature in order to complete the delivery.

Adult Signature Required
The driver will require the signature of an adult 18-21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. If no adult is available, UPS will make a second or third delivery attempt. Indirect deliveries or "deliver to" notes will not be accepted.

Direct Delivery Only
UPS will only deliver the package to the address listed on the shipping label. The package cannot be re-directed or delivered to an alternate address.
It is not necessary for the package to be delivered directly to the person listed on the label; no signature is required.

Declared Value

A shipment is automatically protected against loss or damage up to US$100.00 per shipment.
The maximum declared value and the maximum legal responsibility of UPS is US$50,000.00 per shipment.
How to Calculate the Declared Value
Declared Value per Shipment: US$0.00 - US$100.00
UPS will charge: US$0.00
Declared Value per Shipment: US$100.01 - US$300.00
UPS will charge: Cargo Mínimo de US$3.15
Declared Value per Shipment: US$300.01 - US$50,000.00
UPS will charge: Minimum Charge of US$3.15 plus US$1.05 for each additional US$100.00 above US$300.00 or for each fraction of the total declared value. Therefore, in a shipment with a declared value of US$350.00, UPS will charge US$4.20 (US$1.05 + US$3.15). For a shipment with a declared value of US$475.00, UPS will charge US$5.25 (US$2.10 + US$3.15), and so on.
Protection against loss or damage excludes or does not provide protection to items that have been incorrectly packed, that have been packed with inadequate materials or with adhesive tape that does not meet the requirements established by UPS.
It is the shipper’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping materials used are adequate.
Declared Value charges can be billed to the shipper, the consignee or a third party.

From US$100.01 to US$300.00: Minimum Charge of US$3.15

UPS Returns® Services
This service is offered to users of UPS WorldShip®, UPS Internet Shipping or other UPS Online compatible services.


Print Return Label
The customer generates the label and includes it in an outbound shipment or distributes separately to their customer, who then applies the label to the package. The fee will be effective on the invoice when the shipment is scanned by UPS for return service.

Electronic Return Label
UPS e-mails the label upon your request to your customer, who then prints the label and applies it to the package.The fee will be effective on the invoice when the shipment is scanned by UPS for return service.

UPS Print and Mail Return Label
UPS prints the label upon your request and mails it to your customer, who then applies the label to the package.The fee will be effective on the invoice by selecting the service.

Web Return Label
The customer can print the return label directly from the Website of the company where he/she is purchasing the merchandise. The return label will be created and will display in the customer's computer monitor. The fee will be effective on the invoice when the shipment is scanned by UPS for return service.

1 UPS Pickup Attempt
If the package cannot be picked up on the first attempt, UPS will leave the return label at the pickup location. The fee will be effective on the invoice by selecting the service.

3 UPS Pickup Attempts
If the package cannot be picked up on the first attempt, UPS will attempt to pick up the package on each of the next two business days. If the package cannot be picked up after the third attempt, the return label will be returned. The fee will be effective on the invoice by selecting the service.

Express Plus®

For your international shipments, the rate is based on the UPS Worldwide Express® rate, plus the additional charge.

Fuel Surcharge
UPS reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge for all deliveries without prior notification.

Address Correction
A fee will be assessed for each package that requires an address correction.
US$17.00 per correction with a maximum of US$119.00 per shipment

Large Package
A package is considered a “Large Package” when its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined exceeds 118 inches, but does not exceed the maximum UPS size of 157 inches.
Large Packages shipped are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds.
The Additional Handling fee will not be billed when the Large Package Surcharge has been applied.

Duty and Tax Forwarding
This charge applies when duties and taxes are charged to the shipper or a third party that is not located in the destination country. This fee covers the cost incurred to bill the duties and taxes outside of the destination country.

Missing or Invalid UPS Account Number
An additional fee will be assessed for a missing or invalid account number when the UPS Account Number is missing, the UPS Account Number is not the correct number for the Bill-to Party, or if it is the UPS Account Number for a Receiver or Third Party who fails to pay the shipping charges.

Extended Areas
UPS provides service in extended areas as well as urban areas. An additional charge applies for each shipment that is collected or delivered in an extended area. For more information, refer to the Extended Areas Guide in www.ups.com para más información.

Undeliverable Shipment Return
For all international shipments refused by the consignee, or which cannot be delivered due to any other cause beyond UPS’s control, UPS will contact the shipper for further instructions.
Shipping costs and a surcharge will apply to the return of each such undeliverable shipment, at the shipper’s expense.

Shipping Charges Refusal by Consignee
If the consignee refuses to pay the shipping charges, an administrative fee will be assessed per shipment to the shipper, in addition to the return shipping charges and any other fee that is incurred during the return process.

Over Maximum Limits
Packages with an actual weight of more than 150 pounds, or packages which, when measured to determine the weight to be invoiced, exceed 108 inches long, or exceed a total of 157 inches in length and circumference combined [(2 x width) + (2 x height)], are not accepted for transportation. If they are found in the UPS transportation system, they would be subject to one or more of these additional charges.

Additional Handling
In the UPS system, an Additional Handling Fee may be applied to international shipments. This fee will be applied to the following:
• Any article that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood
• Any cylindrical item, such as a barrel, drum, pail, or tire, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container
• Any package with the longest side exceeding 48 inches or its second-longest side exceeding 30 inches
• Any package with an actual weight greater than 70 pounds
• Each package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 70 pounds and the weight for each
   package is not specified on the source document or the UPS automated shipping system used.
The Additional Handling Fee will not be assessed to packages qualifying for Over Maximum Limits charge.
UPS also reserves the right to assess the Additional Handling Charge for any package that, in UPS's sole discretion, requires special handling.

Prohibited Items
"Packages containing prohibited articles or restricted articles not in compliance with all UPS policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations are subject to additional charges if found in the UPS system.
Such charges apply in addition to all other applicable charges.
UPS reserves the right in its sole and unlimited discretion to dispose of such packages, submit such packages to governmental authorities, or return such packages to the shipper solely at the shipper’s risk and expense.
